Summer Wishlist 2018

Every so often we have to update our wardrobe a little to dress for the next season. I love making these wish lists because I like seeing what I might like to get for that specific season. I also love reading these posts to give me some inspiration on what I possibly might want. Today I'm going to share with you some Summery items I want and maybe you will too!
1. Light Pink Flower Diffuser- Macy's. Diffusers have been very popular lately. I really want to try them. People say how relaxing they make you feel especially before bedtime. This one is so pretty.
2. Rose Blush Trio Palette- Milani. I love blush, it's such an important step in my makeup routine. This palette has really lovely shades and Milani is known for their blushes so I'm sure this won't be any exception. I love the roses on each blush, it would be so pretty to display on your vanity.
3. Rose Gold Bow Pendant Necklace- Betsey Johnson. I love how delicate and classy this necklace is. It's absolutely gorgeous especially since it's rose gold!
4. Yellow Floral Cami- Garage. I love the print and color of this top. I have nothing like it in my wardrobe so this would be such a great addition to have.
5. Rose Colored Cat Eye Sunglasses- Aldo. These sunglasses are so chic and I love the shape. Even though it's a "cat eye" shape it's very subtle. The color is so pretty and unique for sunglasses.
6. Cactus Handbag- Betsey Johnson. I love this handbag so much. It's absolutely adorable! This is the perfect handbag for photos this Summer. I don't know how practical it is but that doesn't even matter because... just look at it!
7. A-Line Scalloped Mini Skirt- Asos. This skirt is so lovely. I love everything about it, the color, the length, the style. It's just the most amazing Summery skirt. You could even wear it year-round.
8. Glow Recipe Watermelon Set- Sephora. I saw this brand on Instagram and immediately fell in love because it's pink skincare! It's the prettiest, most photogenic products I've probably ever seen and to make it even better it's watermelon scented! Just the dreamiest set!
9. Black Floral Shorts- Garage. I recently got a pair of shorts from Garage and I've been wearing them all the time. They're so comfortable and pretty. This pair I saw in store and now I need them in my life.
10. Makeup Revolution Concealer- Ulta. I've also heard a lot of great things about this concealer and now I'm really intrigued and want to try it out for myself. I love the pink packaging. Can you tell I have a pink obsession?

Those are the items that are on my Summer wishlist this year. What do you want this Summer? Please comment down below, I'd love to know! Also please share this post.

A June To-Do List

June marks the first month of Summer which means there are a few things we need to do in preparation for it. Every season we have to get ready for the next upcoming one. A season changes a lot of the things we do, wear, eat, etc. So today I wanted to share with you what I need to do before we dip into Summer.
#1 Declutter/Sort
I always feel so accomplished and refreshed after I go through all my belongings to see what I don't need or want anymore. I like going through my wardrobe, vanity, desk, bathroom, etc. You'd be surprised what you've been holding onto for years. I find listening to music makes it more enjoyable because I know it's not always a fun process.
 #2 Get Fresh Flowers
I absolutely love flowers, they're one of my favorite things about Spring/Summer. Having fresh flowers in you house or room really gives a lively touch. There perfect to display. I have a post on how you can use flowers to decorate your vanity here. It will help you get some ideas on how to decorate with flowers. Flowers are beautiful and I totally recommend you get some this Summer.
#3 Get New Summer Staple Pieces
Another one of my favorite parts of Summer is the fashion. I love all of the floral and pastel prints I see. Every season I like getting a few new staple pieces I know I'm going to be living in. It also is an excuse to go shopping and trust me I take all the opportunities I can get to justify buying more to myself! Like I said anything that has a floral print or is pastel is automatically going into my cart.
#4 Rearrange/ Redecorate
I like redecorating almost every season because I like a change of scenery. I also love being creative and designing so it's almost as if I'm an interior designer when I decorate for a new season. I love seeing what looks good where and with what. It's kind of trial and error but I always love the end result.

#5 Find A Few Good Books
I read constantly, I find it so relaxing. Sometimes my favorite part of the day is getting cozy in my bed with a good book and some tea. There's nothing more relaxing and peaceful to me. I usually read fashion based books but I also enjoy other genres. I want to find some more books that interest me because I don't have many right now. If you have any good book suggestions please let me know below in the comments.

Those are the things I have on my June to-do list. What's on your to-do list this month? Please share this post, I'd really appreciate it. Have a great weekend!

A Little Pre-Summer Haul

I recently went shopping and wanted to share the few items I picked up. Since Summer is coming upon us I wanted to get a start on getting some Summery items.

The first thing I got was Pink Chiffon from Bath & Body Works. This has been a retired scent and I was thrilled they brought it back to stores. It is one of my all-time favorite scents. It is described as a light-as-air pairing of soft pink petals & vanilla chiffon icing expresses the flirty femininity of feeling pretty in pink. The Key notes are Sparkling Red Pear, Jasmine Petals, Tiare Flower, Vanilla Orchid, and Chiffon Musk. It smells absolutely divine. I recommend this if your on the hunt for a sweet and feminine scent!
I also got from Bath & Body Works two PocketBac hand sanitizers. They both smell amazing. One was called Champagne Sparkle. It was pink and sparkly how could I resist? I also got a Berry Lemonade one. It has a cute little llama! I love how it's lilac. As you know I'm in love with this color at the moment!
I am absolutely obsessed with these pastel blue floral shorts. Not only are they adorable they're so soft and comfortable. I know I'm going to be getting a lot of wear out of them during this Summer! I do wear denim shorts during Summer but I would much rather prefer to wear lightweight shorts such as these.

At Forever 21 I purchased this gold star anklet. The reason I bought this was because I knew I wanted to wear this as a bracelet. I'm not a fan of anklets, I never wear them. It was a little big for my wrist so I had to adjust it but now it's perfect. I love the little stars. I'm so fascinated with space, the moon, stars, etc. I think stars especially are beautiful. I'm so happy with how dainty it is.
Lastly, I got the L'Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara. I've heard great things about it. I'm so excited to try it out and I'll let you know what I think. I also have to mention the packaging. I love it, it's pink and gold which is my favorite color combination.

Let me know in the comments what your thoughts are on the things I bought. Have you tried/ have any of these items I've mentioned? I can't wait to start the Summer posts starting next week. Please share this post.

The Jewelry I've Been Wearing This Spring

I love accessorizing all my outfits with jewelry. I feel so incomplete without having any on. Today I wanted to share with you what jewelry I've been wearing throughout this Spring.
I love delicate jewelry especially for my necklaces. Their perfect for an everyday basis. If your wearing a bold outfit sometimes you don't also want bold jewelry. You want something more understated and simple so it doesn't take away from your outfit. Don't get me wrong I also love statement necklaces but I usually go for more delicate, simple jewelry. One of the best parts about wearing delicate jewelry is that you can layer them. It looks so pretty and stylish. Juicy Couture and Forever 21 have some great delicate jewelry. This star one is from Forever 21.
I've been loving the types of bracelets that you slip on and pull to your size wrist. My wrists are very small so it's often hard for me to get bracelets that fit me right. They are very comfortable to wear and they look amazing. Charming Charlie has so many beautiful jewelry pieces, especially their bracelets. I love this one I've shown on my blog before with the pink cubes in this post. This rose gold star one is also from there.
Earrings are so important to me. I love stud earrings when I want more of an effortless, casual look. I wear earrings every single day even if I'm wearing a casual outfit. Sometimes it looks a little odd if your wearing a necklace or other jewelry with sweats or an over-sized top but not with earrings. Studs are my go-to earrings. I wear dangling earrings when I have an occasion or am more dressed up, they look so elegant and chic. I adore these rose gold heart Betsey Johnson ones I got a few months ago! I did a post on them here. These Juicy Couture pearl crown earrings are also to die for!
I've recently gotten more into rings. I used to not wear them as often as I do now. I constantly am wearing rings. This may sound silly but I think rings make your hands look so lovely, almost like nail polish. They "dress up" your hands. I feel so much more confident if I'm wearing rings or my nails are done. As I've probably said it a million times in my posts but I have an obsession with rose gold. So majority of my rings are rose gold!

This has been the pieces I've been wearing for Spring this year. If you could only chose one piece of jewelry (necklacea, bracelets, earrings, or rings) to wear what would it be? Please share this post!

My Favorite Spring Nail Polishes

Hello everyone! I feel like it has been forever since I've posted. I've recently been ill these past few weeks and haven't have the energy to post anything. Since we're nearing the end of Spring I wanted to share with you the nail polishes I've been wearing all season long.
OPI Nail Lacquer in Princesses Rule!
I love this shade so much. It's a beautiful blush color with little golden shimmer particles. This looks stunning when your outside, you can really see the shimmers reflect and glisten. This is my ideal spring nail shade. I love lighter, pastel, sparkly nail polishes in the Spring-Summer and this is perfect! It's the most dazzling color!
Sally Hansen Insta Dri in Grape Shifter
This nail polish is such a bold color. I do tend to wear more neutral/lighter nail polishes but this one is beautiful. It has really chunky blue, purple, and pink glitters in it. When this catches the light it's like a disco ball! I love wearing this when I feel like I want more color or want to make more of a bold statement. This formula also is really amazing because it dries in no time.
Sinful Colors in Hush Money
This shade is the most gorgeous rose gold. I have an obsession with rose gold and when I saw this I literally couldn't take my eyes off of it. Now when I wear my rose gold jewelry it matches with my nails! Haha! It's such a fabulous nail polish. I love the formula because it's so opaque. You only need one coat. This is one of my absolute favorites.
Ulta Nail Lacquer in Vintage Violet
Since purple has been such an important color in the Springtime this year I decided to pick up a violet nail polish while I was in Ulta. I love this shade. It doesn't look like the same color online. It's more of a subtle violet shade while the online one looks very bright and cool toned. I love how it's still pastel but really colorful too. Such a unique and pretty shade.
Sally Hansen Miracle Gel in Pink Stiletto
As you can tell I'm a really big fan of Sally Hansen. The formula looks amazing on your nails. It looks like you just got your nails done at a professional salon. It also is really easy to apply because the wand is so thick/big. I love this bright pink-purple color. It's just such a fun shade!

Those are my favorite nail polishes I've been wearing all this Springtime. Please leave a comment to let me know what your favorite nail polish has been this season or which one was your favorite of mine. Please remember to share this post. I'll see you next week for another post!

A Handbag Wishlist

If you know me than you know that I'm absolutely obsessed with handbags. I believe that a girl can never have too many options. You never know when your going to need a certain bag for an occasion. That's how I justify having so many anyways! These are a few gorgeous handbags that I really wanted to share with you.

1. Pastel Handbag- Aldo. I love all the different pastel colors in this bag. It really drew my attention.
2. Glittery Flamingo Clasp Handbag- Skinny Dip. I love the sparkly pink color. It's so pretty with the flamingo clasp!
3. Hot Pink Flamingo Handbag- Betsey Johnson. This has to be the most adorable handbag I've ever seen! I love this so much! It's so feminine and whimsical. Definitely a statement bag!
4. Square White Sparkly Bejeweled Handbag- Aldo. You never can go wrong with white during the Spring-Summer! My favorite part is the embellished chain. So classy!
5. Light Blue Sequin Clutch- Asos. This is such an elegant and sophisticated handbag. I love the light blue color! It's perfect for this time of year.
6. Feathery Clutch Bag- Pretty Little Thing. This not only looks fabulous but I bet it also feels fabulous! Feathers and Fur are my favorite! This would be so lovely to dress up a look.

What was your favorite handbag? Let me know in the comments down below. I'd really appreciate it if you'd share this post. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

My Mininmal Beauty Essentials I Couldn't Live Without

Every girl has her makeup essentials that she carries in her handbag everywhere and never leaves home without. I'm going to be sharing with you today my beauty essentials that I wear everyday.
 Lip Balm
I probably have the driest lips on Earth. I never go anywhere without lip balm. It really soothes my dry, cracked lips and makes them not only look but feel hydrated. Nobody likes the look of chapped lips! My favorite one at the moment is my Lush Rose Lollipop Lip Balm. I love everything floral and this one is amazing.  I highly recommend it!
 Concealer
Concealer is a lifesaver. I literally couldn't live with out it. I am very pale so you can see all my dark circles and veins since the skin around my eye area is thinner. Concealer hides everything from veins to dark circles to blemishes. It's a multi-purpose product. You can even use it as an eyeshadow base. It truly is so handy! This Rimmel one is discontinued but their new one is basically the same one in new packaging!

 Blush
I've mentioned blush before in my Perfect Spring Makeup post. Blush really makes you look more alive. It makes your face look like it isn't covered with a lot of makeup. It also really makes your face have more dimension. I just love rosy, flushed cheeks! I'm still using my blush from my Rimmel Sculpting Palette. It's the perfect shade for blush! I have post on it here if you're interested. :)
 Eyeshadow
Even the days when I wake up late I still apply my eyeshadow. I know that may sound ridiculous but it's just such an important step to me! I feel so bare without anything on my eyelids. As you may know I absolutely love shimmery and sparkly eyeshadows. My favorite eyeshadow right now is the L'oreal 24 Hour Eyeshadow in Iced Latte. It's a shimmery pale golden color. It is stunning on the eyes.
 Mascara
Mascara is one of those products that I feel like everyone loves, and for a good reason. It really opens up your eyes. Mascara is that one product that I would bring to a deserted island. I love making my lashes look super long and voluminous. I think it looks so pretty and feminine when you have thick, long lashes. My favorite one for this is the Maybelline Rocket Volum' Express Mascara.

These are my beauty essentials that I use everyday. It makes the perfect minimal makeup look in my opinion! Let me know in the comments what your beauty essentials are. I would love to know!

The Perfect Spring Hair Accessories

I absolutely adore hair accessories. They're perfect for days you don't really feel like styling your hair. They not only save you time but they also look stylish and make your hair look a million times better. Today I'm going to share with you my favorite hair accessories to wear during Spring and how I like styling them.
 Headbands
Headbands are fabulous for the days your running late or just can't be bothered to do your hair. They keep your hair out of your face and are so fashionable and pretty. They can either be very thin and dainty or thicker for more of a bold statement piece. You can never go wrong with a headband!
  Bows/Ribbon
Bows are so elegant and classy. I usually get the front strands of my hair and pin them back with the bow. Even though you can't see how fabulous it looks, the people behind you will! Ribbon is also a really lovely, versatile accessory. You can tie it to make a bow or you can run it through a braid. There are so many ways to style ribbon, the possibilities are endless.
 Hair Pins
Hair Pins are currently my favorite hair accessory. I'm obsessed with them and I wear them constantly! I have pins that have flowers on them and they're perfect for this season. I also have some that are sparkly and embellished with jewels and pearls. Those kinds of pins are great to wear in any season. I pin the front strand of my hair to the side of my head. Looks so classy and chic!
 Barrettes
If you wear a lot of buns or like doing the half up/ half down hairstyle barrettes are perfect for you. You can simply clip a beautiful, glistening barrette to your hair. They also would look gorgeous with a messy bun. Makes the bun look like it's intentionally messy and not like bedhead messy- that's never the look!

I'm not very talented at doing really intricate hairstyles so they're very useful. Every girl needs some lovely hair accessories! Let me know in the comments below what's your favorite hair accessory to wear!

How to Decorate Your Vanity for Springtime

A vanity is an absolute staple piece in any girls' room. I can't tell you how much time I spend at my vanity everyday. Today I wanted to share with you some ways to update your vanity for the Springtime.
 A Vase of Flowers
Flowers are a must during Spring! Honestly, anytime of year they work. Flowers give a vanity a little bit of liveliness and they're so beautiful! This may sound silly but they really remind me it's the Springtime when I glance at them. They also add a lovely and refreshing scent to the room. Flowers make me feel cheerful and always bring a smile to my face. Flowers don't have to be store bought. They can be handpicked from your own garden. I particularly think it adds a special touch. They're my favorite things ever!
 Perfume
I love displaying my perfume bottles on my vanity. They look so chic and they remind me of something I would see in an old glamorous Hollywood movie. I'm a very visual person so I like being able to see what perfumes I can chose from each day. It's not only a great way to display your perfumes but it's also quite helpful in getting ready for the day.
 Makeup
Just like perfume it's great to display your beauty products. I especially like putting out my makeup that I use everyday and have beautiful packaging. Beauty companies now have gorgeous packaging. They know the products are going to be displayed. It'd be such a shame not to!
 Jewelry
A great way to display your jewelry is with little trinket dishes. There are some adorable ones online. I also like displaying my jewelry on this decorative French Patisserie Tray. It's so pretty with the little dessert and pastry designs. It names each dessert in a tiny font. I adore it! I display perfume, makeup, jewelry, etc. Basically everything I already mentioned!
 Floral Tablecloth
I touched on this in my Girly Room Decor Ideas post. Adding a tablecloth or table runner with a floral/decorative print really changes how our vanities look.  Think of a tablecloth as a foundation of your vanity embellishment. If you don't want a floral print pick something that is pastel. These prints are amazing for Spring!

 Other Ideas Not Pictured:
• Candles
• Ribbon
• Teacups
• Artwork/Pictures
• Handbags
• Little trinkets

I hope I gave you some inspiration and ideas on how to decorate your vanity or even your nightstand. These ideas could definitely work for so many different types of furniture!

Basic Spring Tops You Need

I recently went shopping at Garage this week to pick up some basic tops for the Springtime. I love buying tops that I know I'm going to get a lot of use out of. The tops I'm going to show you are super light, breezy, comfy. The colors are also amazing, so they're perfect for Spring!

This first top is probably one of my favorites because of the floral print.  I'm obsessed with any clothing item with flowers/ a floral pattern on it! The colors of the flowers are so pretty. I especially love the hint of yellow because I really don't wear yellow a lot. It's just a fabulous everyday top!
This next top is the most beautiful shade of pastel purple. Lavender and lilac is a huge trend for this Spring. I'm so happy about it because Lavender is one of my absolute favorite colors! How could you not love this color?
I adore this white and blue striped top! As you can see all of these tops are pastel because pastels are made for the Springtime! I love the pattern on this top. The sky blue is gorgeous! I don't have many striped tops so I'm excited to wear this one.
Lastly, I got another lavender colored top. I think I may have an issue with buying too many tops this color! I figured though since it's more of a timeless trend it'll still look fashionable when people stop wearing it as much. Anyway, that's how I justified it in my mind! Haha!! You have to admit it's a stunning color. I love adding a little knot to give the top a little extra something. It's so comfy and I love the length. Would be perfect paired with leggings.

Let me know in the comments which top was your favorite! If you have any fashion posts you want to see from me also please comment what! I hope you have a great week! Thanks for reading! :)
